Due to the nature of the Halloween, Haunted House, Haunt Industry and it’s entertainment, unfortunately all sales are final.

We ship almost entirely via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and Fed Ex Home Delivery. For orders that weigh less than oversize, we find United States Postal Service (USPS) is more economical for shipping.

We understand that items purchased online can not be viewed in person, so before placing an order for an item you are unsure of, please contact us for more information. We will do our best to get you the info you need. If in the case of the wrong items being shipped or the merchandise arrives damaged or in non-working order please contact us immediately. Upon our receipt of the damaged product a new product will be shipped out at no additional charge. Refused orders are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee with no refund for shipping. Prices are subject to change and customers will be notified of increases prior to shipping.

Ordering
When placing an order, please do not use Post Office Boxes for delivery. our shipping methods will not ship to P.O. Boxes and the response time to get an address from you will just delay shipping.

Delivery Times
Product delivery time will depend on availability of the products requested. Expect delays due to holidays and special events our teams attend throughout the year. Unfortunately due to the number of parts we have access to, we are unable to have all our products in physical stock but we may list them as virtual stock, most of our suppliers will drop ship items directly to you or us within a week. Once the product is received, deliveries within the U.S. usually arrive within 7-14 business days there following delivery to us. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx and books shipped USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise requested. A shipping confirmation may be sent to you once the order is processed and will provide you with a tracking number and an ETA for delivery upon request.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, oversized, custom builds, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Returns
Due to the nature of the Halloween, Haunted House, Haunt Industry, Haunt Attraction and it’s entertainment, unfortunately all sales are final and non-refundable or returnable.
Returns are not accepted unless after contacting us with legitimate needs of a return and reviewed by our team to be deemed returnable, and are done on an individual basis. Not to say that if your not satisfied we wont refund you money, we just prefer to handle such things case to case. Your important to us.
